Live to Eat
I am very conscious of what I eat. I know when I'm eating something bad for me and I usually regret it right after. If I'm going to eat something like a dessert or soda ill only have a few bites or sips, but when it comes to chips and fries I have a hard time controlling myself. I enjoy protein a lot and I have a medium amount or carbs but not enough veggies. I also eat a larger portions but less meals per day with random snacks.

I'm former military(disabled veteran) and have had a trainer afterwards for a more structured plan where I was putting on weight. I did the 5 meals a day thing with them of veggies carbs and protein. Best shape I've been in from appearance but the plan wasn't structured for what I enjoy doing when I workout which is random (swimming, rucking, weights, weighted vest exercises and bear crawling for no reason whatsoever). So l looked good but if I ran a mile I'd probably be winded at the time. I know for sure I need to incorporate veggies into all my main meals but my structure has gone out the window because I need better guidance and I don't work out as heavy as I want to be because I know the food is the major component of it and I want to avoid injuries and so when I workout its not for a specific goal its just because I need to do it to feel good(I'm in it for the long run not rushing to get abs... but i guess that would be cool to have eventually lol). if I had a goal it would be to gain more knowledge so I could be even more conscious of what I'm putting in my body, structure so I can have the discipline to follow it, and to slim back down to wear everything isn't jiggling around anymore haha. My job now is a lot of sitting a couple days a week and that is not helping either(editing videos and photography)
