E18-How Our Behavior Strongly Impacts Customer Service
There are many jobs and careers that involve connecting, communicating, and serving others. No matter what industry someone is in (i.e. waiter, customer service representative, housekeeper, etc.) it’s important that we treat them with respect, kindness, and patience. Even if they are not reciprocating, we are enlightened souls and as enlightened souls we are choosing to be the light in the places where darkness is prevalent. Showing loving kindness to others will spiritually rewards us tenfold.
