E27-Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself
Societal standards and views puts pressure on us to look, feel, and act a certain way. We are already dealing with enough emotionally, mentally, and spiritually in our daily lives; so why put extra hardship and pressure on ourselves? There is no need to be hard on yourself, be patient, and kind to yourself, celebrate the small wins in your life and take a moment to breathe. Sometimes the best remedy for healing is to show ourselves love.
