E36 – Use Your Motivation To Make Healthy Habits

When you have the sudden urge to do something healthy for yourself….do it! Do not hesitate or think twice about it! The more you sit on your motivation and drive to move your body or exercise your mind, the more likely you are to change your mind and not do it. You’ll find that when you do something healthy for yourself, you are more likely to have a great day, feel happier, you’ll get more projects done, and you’ll inspire others around you to move and have healthy habits too!
