I feel like I have a good relationship with food. But in the past I've had trouble eliminating foods and sticking to a strict limiting diet. I for sure have a sweet tooth and tend to eat more dessert and sweet food than I should. I do for sure tend to eat what tastes good to me even if it is not the best for me. I would love to learn how to properly fuel my body .

I usually eat breakfast after the gym around 10:30am Breakfast: -Yogurt, protein power, bananas, strawberries, granola -2 Eggs with toast and butter -Lifetime Mocha Madness Shake -Protein Waffles Lunch (if I'm hungry) -SweetGreen Harvest Bowl -Chicken with rice or potatoes and broccoli -Steak with rice or potatoes and broccoli -Publix Chicken Tender Sub I usually leave for work around 3 and eat a snack and grab a coffee or make one at home. Snack (usually one of listed below) -Popcorn -Pumpkin Bread from Starbucks -Croissant Starbucks -Pineapple -Apples and Peanut Butter Coffee (I switched between whole, almond, oat, and coconut milk) -Starbucks Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso -Starbucks Hot Carmel Latte - Nespresso coffee with brown sugar Starbucks Vanilla Syrup Dinner is usually the hardest for me. I don't get home from work until 10-11pm most nights so that is. when I may grab something from a restaurant. I would love to meal prep and bring food with me. Dinner: -Chickfila Chicken Sandwich, Fries, and Coke (once a week) -Five Guys Burger and Fries -Chicken, Rice, Broccoli -Salmon, Rice, Broccoli -Steak, Rice, Broccoli - Protein Pasta with Chicken and canned sauce I always crave a desert or something sweet at night. Dessert: -Ice Cream -Cookies -M&Ms -Fruit Roll Up -Hot Chocolate
I've always had the hardest time losing weight. I've tried so many diets and nothing ever really worked for me. I very good when it comes to discipline and will stick to a diet or meal plan for a good amount of time, but when I don't see results or feel different I completely stop. I am super active and know I am not properly fueling my body and I want to learn how to change and make it a lifestyle so it will stick with me. My goal is have more energy, lose fat and look more toned.
