I do not have an issue with sweet treats until night time. It is usually just little gummies and candies that we have in our pantry that I find myself snacking on at night.

I think that I have a very on and off relationship with food. Some days I feel like I have such an easy time with making the right decisions on what is good for my body and what will fuel me. However, I feel like other days I struggle a lot with the voice inside of my head convincing me to eat the junk food and just say I will start over tomorrow. Since I have stopped swimming a few years ago, I have been trying to teach myself how to eat properly to fuel myself the right way.

I basically crave any sweet or savory snacks. Candy, chips, chocolate - I feel like I crave unhealthy foods which is a big struggle for me because I know deep down that those foods are not good for me and have no nutritional value.

I usually carry around my 40 oz stanley cup with me and drink out of that all day. I refill it around 5 to 6 times a day so that is around 200 - 250 oz a day.

I usually workout mid morning and I feel very sick if I workout on a full stomach, so I do not usually eat something other than some fruit in the morning. Then for lunch, I like to have something easy like grilled chicken that was pre made along with some fruit and maybe like pretzels or a snack. After that, I like having a grande strawberry refresher. For dinner, I usually have some sort of protein (chicken, steak, fish) with a vegetable (usually green beans or broccoli or a salad) along with fruit. Some nights, I have a sweet tooth craving so I will usually snack on whatever is in our pantry (some gummies, chips, popcorn)
I think what I struggle the most with is keeping myself accountable and on track. I am so excited for this journey though and I can't wait to learn a lot from you!
